Simon Harris was appointed Business Development Director in 1993 prior to joining PACCAR UK as Commercial Operations Director in 1998.  In 2000 he joined QUALCOMM, as Managing Director – Europe, where his responsibilities included the positioning of integrated fleet management solutions throughout Europe and the former eastern block countries.

Simon formed FleetConsult in 2003 and has undertaken assignments for vehicle manufacturers, professional bodies and pan European organisations.  Concurrently, with mileage recording, CO2 Emissions and Occupational Road Risk becoming a higher profile issue, FleetConsult have researched the needs of the “business” car market from user and management perspectives.

They now deliver robust risk management and mileage capture solutions that satisfy the needs of the employer, employee, auditor and HMRC alike.
