She then worked in the private sector as an Environmental Health consultant for three years, providing a diverse range of advisory, training and assessment services for a wide range of businesses. In 1995 Shirley joined 3663, where she is the Environmental Services Controller for the whole company, providing safety, food safety and environmental policies and advice to directors and management.
